CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND POLICY

All bookings made with us are non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

To reserve a spot on a trip, travellers are required to pay a spot reservation amount/deposit. This amount is strictly non-refundable once paid.

Any further payments made towards the booking, including part payments, instalments, balance payments, or full payments, are also strictly non-refundable once paid.

If a traveller chooses to cancel their trip for any reason after making any payment, no refund will be applicable for the amount already paid. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal reasons, illness, injury, medical conditions, flight delays or cancellations, visa issues, weather-related disruptions, change of plans, work commitments, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

As a scuba diving travel company, we work with limited trip slots, advance reservations, dive resorts, liveaboards, dive centres, transport providers, and other third-party partners. Once a booking is confirmed and payments are made, we are also bound by the terms, commitments, and cancellation policies of these service providers.

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, diving-related incidents, evacuation, flight delays/cancellations, and other travel disruptions.

By making a booking or any payment towards a booking, the traveller confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
