TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • All bookings made with Mad Over Maldives are non-refundable.

  • Transfer of bookings to another person is not permitted.

  • No refunds shall be made for any inclusions, services, activities, meals, dives, or accommodations that are not availed by the traveller(s) during the trip.

  • Travellers are solely responsible for the safety and security of their luggage, diving equipment, valuables, and personal belongings. Mad Over Maldives shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the tour.

  • Mad Over Maldives shall not be responsible for delays, changes, disruptions, or additional expenses arising due to natural disasters, adverse weather or ocean conditions, storms, machinery breakdowns, accidents, government restrictions, political disturbances, transport delays, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Mad Over Maldives does not provide travel, dive, medical, or accident insurance. Travellers are strongly advised to obtain suitable insurance coverage independently, including scuba diving insurance where applicable.​

  • Mad Over Maldives reserves the right to use photographs, videos, testimonials, or other media content captured during the trip for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless the traveller specifically requests otherwise in writing prior to the trip.

  • Due to factors such as weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or local regulations, itineraries and schedules may be altered without prior notice. Mad Over Maldives reserves the right to make necessary changes in the interest of safety, comfort, and the overall well-being of travellers.

  • In cases of unforeseen weather conditions, unsafe diving conditions, force majeure events, or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled or modified. While we will attempt to provide feasible alternatives wherever possible, no refunds or compensation shall be provided for such changes.

  • In the event of flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling by airlines, any additional costs incurred for accommodation, transport, alternate flights, itinerary changes, or related arrangements shall be borne entirely by the traveller(s).

  • If a traveller misses their flight, transfer, liveaboard departure, or scheduled activity for any reason, Mad Over Maldives shall not be responsible for any compensation, refunds, or alternate arrangements.

  • Mad Over Maldives shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any death, injury, illness, accident, delay, discomfort, emotional distress, loss, theft, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the traveller(s) during or in connection with the trip.

  • Mad Over Maldives shall not be liable for failures or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, strikes, industrial disputes, airport or seaport closures, transport breakdowns, pandemics, epidemics, or extreme weather conditions.

  • In the unlikely event that a traveller is unable to clear immigration, customs, visa checks, or any other government formalities, Mad Over Maldives shall not be held responsible, and no refunds or compensation shall be provided.

  • Mad Over Maldives acts only as a facilitator for certain services provided by third-party operators, hotels, airlines, dive centers, transport providers, and other independent vendors. We shall not be responsible for any act, omission, negligence, deficiency, or default on the part of such third-party service providers.

  • Mad Over Maldives reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund if full payment is not received within the stipulated timeline communicated to the traveller.
